About Eric Girard, Principal Consultant
Prior to founding Girard Training Solutions, Eric conducted programs for leaders, managers and employees of Symantec Corporation across the United States, and in Latin America and Europe. He also served as Internet Services Manager for Meridian Resources Associates (now Aperian Global), where he played a key role in the development of GlobeSmart, a web-based tool for global business effectiveness.
Eric holds an MA in Intercultural Communication from Arizona State University and a BA in Organizational Communication from California State University, Sacramento. He holds certifications from VitalSmarts, Zenger Folkman, and Novations, and is a member of ISPI and ASTD, where he served on the Board of Directors for the San Francisco/Golden Gate Chapter.
